Chef & Owner K Roy, known as “Bappy”,draws inspiration from his extensive experience in renowned kitchens across London, UK, & Paris, France. His time at Mollard, one of Paris’s most historic restaurants, has had a profound influence on his culinary style, which blends French tradition with a deep appreciation for the flavors of the region.

After relocating with his wife Kristen (co-owner) and daughter, Chef K ROY Bappy is excited to bring a new dimension of French cuisine to the local community, offering an elevated yet approachable dining experience in the heart of East Tennessee.
